Taib Servo Controller

Tiab controller is a servo controller originally developed as a third-party servo hydraulic controller.  During the development of the SEA technology, a PROFINET Isochronous Real-Time (IRT) interface was developed to interface directly to the Tiab controller, which allows high speed digital communication between the Tiab and SEA systems.

The Tiab 2M servo controller is housed in a compact industrial 10U rack enclosure.  The Tiab incorporates embedded PROFINET communications hardware to communicate digitally with the servo drives. This enclosure also contains a rack mounted control PC and UPS (Uninterruptable Power supply).  The control PC uses a standard Windows 10 or later operating system and provides an easy-to-use graphical user interface for system operation.  This control PC communicates with the Tiab controller via a standard USB2.0 interface. This system is offered with user interface software specifically developed for easy and intuitive operation
